HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Your name will be entered into the drawing for every friend that comes in for a new patient appointment. Make sure they mention your name (first and last) when they call.
- When your friend starts treatment at our office, your name is entered again! You have two chances for every new friend!
- Every June and December we will draw the name of our winner for a HUGE prize.
- The prizes are ever changing so be sure to check at the office when you have an appointment to see what the current prize is.
PATIENT OF THE MONTH!!!
Our office rewards our patients for having healthy gums and teeth. Every month, we enter patients who are on time to their appointments, do not have anything loose or broken on their appliance and who have healthy gums and teeth into our Patient of the Month contest. Everyone entered into the contest gets to take home a prize that day. Then, at the end of the month, we randomly draw one name and that person becomes our Patient of the Month role model, they receive a $25.00 Gift Card to Best Buy!Back to Top
